The Convection oven eliminates hot and cold spots and cooks all your dishes evenly. Three racks of cookies at a time if you like, and all cookies cooked evenly. Or prepare three different pizzas, then cook all of them at the same time, nobody waits for their pizza to go in the oven.
The up front touch controls for the stove top include Melt and Hold, Simmer, Control lock for cleaning and has a separate timer from the oven.
Induction stoves are easy to keep clean as the heat comes from the pot itself and not the stove top. This also makes induction very efficient, with little heat loss, and does not heat up the kitchen like traditional stove tops.
